Impossibly Small

Holy crap! Have Apple just launched the most desirable pocket gadget since the original iPod?

Archive Written in 2005 and kept as it was. Links and products mentioned here may no longer exist.

The Archive 2005 section is where this page belongs. It carries a publication date of September 7, 2005, and 65 pages on this domain share that year. Counting this one, the section runs to 65 pages.

Short entries like this one are left as they stand; the archive is worth more accurate than uniform.

In date order it follows Quote of the Week (September 4, 2005) and comes before Wallpaper, which is how the section is meant to be read.

The thread under the original note was kept: 6 replies, all of them from 2005.

iPod nano. 1,000 songs. Impossibly small.

Answer: Hell yeah!

There is a cool video of Steve Jobs announcing the nano here.

Underneath, the nearest entries by date are listed, since an archive reads better in sequence than one page at a time. Figures, versions and dates on this site are only ever repeated from the source they came from; where there is no source, the field is left out.

Dammit. Apple have finally done it: they’ve made something that even I want. Bastards. It’s like the end of Big Brother.

I mean 1984. The media has ruined my brain. *melts*

The price isn’t bad either £140 for the 2GB (500 songs) and £180 for the 4GB (1000 songs)

It’s even cheaper if you’re at uni and your uni is on the higher education thingy. If I buy a iBook and an iPod I get £100 back, making it almost free. I have never wanted Apple products more than I do now. :(

    Join the cult.

Yup - I have to agree. I’ve managed to get by in life without an ipod this far, but I don’t think I can survive much longer! Time to bite the bullet… It’s a difficult question though: black or white?
